Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound / inbound calling. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach to drive sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Maintain an active pipeline through lead nurturing and follow-ups .
- Achieve monthly / quarterly call, meeting, and sales targets .
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales teams for smooth lead handovers.
- Build and sustain positive client relationships through professional communication.
