To scale our impact, we’re building a team that can create strong collaborations with alcohol brands, lifestyle companies, and tech partners — and that’s where you come in.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships with brands in alcohol, lifestyle, and tech.
Build long-term partnerships with influencers, artists, and agencies.
Create compelling brand integration strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and live events.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and sponsorship packages.
Track partnership performance and prepare reports.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor collaborations.

💡 Requirements

2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing.

Strong network across alcohol, lifestyle, and tech industries (bonus if you’ve worked with festival or music brands).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Creative approach to branded content + sponsorship opportunities.

Organized, self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for music, nightlife, and youth culture.

Experience working with creators, festivals, or lifestyle IPs.

Ability to spot fresh influencer talent before they blow up.
