Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling to initiate and develop relationships with potential customers (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and handle objections (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain long-term client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools to identify and approach potential clients efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce to streamline sales processes and track interactions.
- Ability to develop convincing sales pitches that resonate with target audiences.
- Skills in objection handling to overcome customer concerns and drive sales forward.
