Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Inside Sales Head to spearhead our lead generation and new business development initiatives. This role is pivotal in helping build a robust sales pipeline, optimizing outreach processes, and mentoring a high performing inside sales team to consistently exceed growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on lead generation expertise to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts and expand our footprint—especially across North American markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential leads across North American markets, operating from India
Build and lead a results-driven inside sales team focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and early-stage deal acceleration
Develop and refine lead generation strategies using cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and virtual events to target decision-makers in key industries
Implement scalable processes for lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff to account executives or closing teams.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and driving team success
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Sound know-how in one or more of the following domains - IT / OT, industrial automation, manufacturing IT, MRO
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
