Key Responsibilities :Prospecting and Lead Generation :Identify potential customers and generate leads using various methods, including cold calling , email campaigns , social media , and referrals .Research and qualify leads , determining their potential as customers and ensuring high-quality prospects are engaged.Customer Engagement and Relationship Building :Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their specific needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored product or service information.Build rapport with prospects, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs and aligning solutions to their requirements.Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling :Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services , including key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Utilize this knowledge to engage in consultative selling , guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, and demonstrating how our offerings add value.Sales Presentations and Demos :Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos to engage potential customers.Highlight key features and benefits, effectively answer questions, and overcome objections to drive interest and conversions.Sales Negotiation and Closing :Negotiate pricing, terms , and contracts with customers, aiming to secure sales and maximize revenue.Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to finalize deals, process orders, and ensure smooth transaction processing.Pipeline Management :Track sales leads and manage the sales pipeline , ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.Monitor and achieve sales targets , meeting or exceeding revenue goals as set by the management.Collaboration & Reporting :Work closely with the sales team and management to share market insights, feedback, and help improve strategies.Generate reports on lead generation, sales performance, and client feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications and Skills :Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales , B2B sales , or a similar sales role.Skills Required
