  • As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US Lead Generation and Prospecting :
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement :

    • Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs.
    • Sales Presentations

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales Cycles :
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
    • Sales Metrics :

    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM Background :
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Availability - Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
