Senior Application Support Engineer

You will :

• Lead and guide the L3 support teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses to user issues.
• Be the go-to expert for complex technical problems—especially during high-priority incidents.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and vendors to fix bugs and errors quickly.
• Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and ensure permanent fixes.
• Create clear documentation (how-to guides, SOPs, reports).
• Suggest and implement automation for faster, smarter support.
• Share expertise on Equity platforms, CRMs, and Lead Management Systems in the finance domain.
