Join our dynamic team as an Application Support Lead / Specialist and play a key role in enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for enterprise applications and resolve user issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and maintain system performance
Monitor application functionality and ensure seamless operations
Document issues, resolutions, and provide user training when needed
Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Advanced degree preferred).
Required Skills
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, preferably in the education sector or software implementation projects.
In-depth knowledge of School Management Systems (such as MySchoolOne) and Learning Management Systems (such as ManageBec) or strong background and working experience with Customer Relationship Management software and Payment Gateway (PG) systems.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Apps and web technologies.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in system customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both spoken as well as written.
Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization skills would be a plus.
