Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and implementing high-impact social media strategies to strengthen the Swathi Group’s online presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating engaging content, overseeing social campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment of branding and messaging efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for various social platforms
• Data analysis and reporting skills for assessing campaign effectiveness
• Ability to adapt strategies to align with diverse target audiences
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms is essential
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries is an advantage
