Key Responsibilities :
1. Agency Recruitment & Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents / advisors.
- Ensure effective training and development of new agents to drive productivity.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to agents for business development.
2. Sales Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the agency network.Promote and sell financial products (e.g., insurance policies, investment plans, etc.) via agents.Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.3. Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.Resolve escalations and support agents in addressing customer queries and objections.Organize agent meetings, recognition programs, and performance reviews.4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track agent performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports.Use dashboards and CRM tools to monitor business growth and agent engagement.Share feedback with management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.5. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure agents follow all regulatory and company guidelines.Conduct periodic audits and ensure timely documentation and reporting.Maintain high standards of ethical selling and client servicing.Skills Required
