Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, resolving client issues, conducting regular follow-ups, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
