We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager - Medium Enterprise to drive revenue generation and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking solutions across all product groups to achieve the bank's objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Revenue Generation :
- Achieve bank objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality as per agreed budgets and targets.
Relationship Management :
Acquire new client relationships by understanding customer financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services.Manage existing client relationships by identifying needs, advising, structuring deals, preparing terms and conditions, and closing deals.Assess banking needs and risks for clients to optimize the risk-reward for the bank.Communication / PR of Bank's Product :
Undertake brand communication initiatives for designated products.Communicate product positioning messages that differentiate the bank's products in the market.Skills Required
Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.Expertise in acquiring and managing client relationships within the medium enterprise segment.The ability to understand customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions.Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.Experience in undertaking brand communication initiatives and product positioning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
