Job Title - QE Manager

Job Location - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall QA strategy with 9–12 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks.
• Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.
• Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.
• Ensure the adoption of testing frameworks and maintain best practices.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.
• Mentor QA engineers, track / report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
