Overview

Job Title : Manager,QA.

Location : Bangalore.

As a Manager of Quality Engineering, you will play a key role in driving exceptional levels of quality and testing efficiency within our products, while simultaneously partnering with other teams within Research and Development to ensure delivery objectives are consistently achieved.

This role is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation in quality engineering, testing, and leadership, and are eager to contribute their skills to enhance rapid delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize both your technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the overall success of our organization.

You will be a strategic partner, mentor, and facilitator, enabling the Scrum teams to take ownership of quality and deliver high-quality products like this person to have the following skills / abilities : .

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a QA Manager, Lead, or similar role, with 7+ years in quality assurance and at least 2 years in a management position.
• Proven experience managing distributed QA teams, including training, performance management, and team development.
• Deep knowledge of quality engineering methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with software testing, defect tracking, and quality management systems (e., JIRA, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, TestRail, and Quality Centre).
• Background in developing and managing automated test suites using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, QTP, or similar, and scripting languages.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize expert knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology and processes to shift left in testing and identify defects earlier in the delivery cycle.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
• CI / CD knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with AI test tools a plus.
