QA Manager Blockchain

Job Overview :

QA manager responsible for driving the end-to-end QA (Unit, Component, SIT, UAT etc.) for blockchain network ecosystem.

Role includes strategizing, test planning, design, execution and QA report ensuring the quality of the product.

Primary Skills :

• 8-12 years of experience in QA domain, leading and managing the software testing activities, with min 2+ years of experience in handling testing in blockchain domain.
• Expected to have a good understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Proven expertise in verification and validation of complex software systems, preferably in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic security.
• Experience with performance, security, and scalability testing for enterprise-grade platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of end-to-end QA processes, testing technologies, quality standards and QA metrics.
• Expertise in preparing test strategy, test planning and driving the team towards quality outcomes.
• Hands on experience with different tools Testing tools, Version Control systems (eg. Git), Test Management Software (eg, TestRail), Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.
• Strong focus on maximising automation wherever applicable.
• Strong project management skills including risk management and operations.
• Good in stakeholder communication and management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Good to have Skills :

Certifications : ISTQB (Advanced), PMP, quality control (ISO 9000 or so) etc.
