Job description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile AGM / DGM - Strategic Marketing Enablement to drive operational excellence, optimize core business processes, and provide critical support across Marketing, Sales, and Investor Relations.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at complex data management, and possesses a unique blend of technical marketing expertise, operational leadership, and outstanding presentation skills. The successful candidate will not just manage tasks but will be the pivotal force ensuring multiple departments operate efficiently, scale effectively, and meet ambitious targets.
  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Marketing Operations and Performance Management

    • Full-Cycle Campaign Management : Oversee and execute Lead Generation efforts across legacy Online Marketing channels.
    • Agency & Vendor Management : Lead the day-to-day management of marketing agencies, negotiating contracts and establishing smooth, efficient initial workflows and processes.
    • Platform & Efficiency Optimization : Leverage deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads to ensure high-performance, high-efficiency campaigns, focusing on continuous reduction in Cost Per Lead (CPL) while meeting Pre Login / Login targets.
    • Web & Technical Support : Serve as the technical liaison for website development, communicating requirements to developers in precise, actionable terms to streamline implementation.
    • Manage and resolve issues related to Google Services (e.g., Tag Manager etc.), leveraging SEO / technical certifications and experience.
    • 2. Strategic Data Management

    • Lead Complex Data Initiatives : Take primary ownership of high-stakes, time-sensitive data preparation, reconciliation, and analysis for crucial financial data combined with Marketing Data.
    • Ensure Data Integrity : Independently manage and reconcile multiple, often mismatched, data sets from various sources (e.g., Online Marketing sources, offline marketing sources), leveraging advanced expertise in Excel / Google Sheets to guarantee accuracy and reliability for executive reporting.
    • Reporting & Analytics : Manage data infrastructure, reporting, and analysis requirements for both Marketing and Sales teams, including regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
    • 3. High-Impact Communication & Content

    • Operational Agility : Experience with website CMS to be able to directly update urgent website content when required by operational necessity - demonstrating complete ownership of your domain.
    • 4. Team Leadership, Engagement & Sales Enablement

    • People & Process Management : Oversee the team's tasks, deliverables, and targets (Login / Pre Login). Implement effective Process Management and Change Management strategies to adapt to planned and spontaneous operational changes.
    • Team Stability & Motivation : Maintain a stable, engaged, and high-performing team.
    • Sales Support : Act as a critical support function for the Sales team, including stepping up to manage and convert early-stage leads.
    • Required Skills and Qualifications (Hard Skills) :

    • Data & Analytics Mastery : Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is non-negotiable, specifically for complex data mapping, reconciliation, and large-scale manipulation.
    • Digital Marketing Technical Acumen : Proven, hands-on experience and deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and SEO fundamentals. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and general Google Services administration.
    • Technical Communication : Ability to translate business requirements directly into clear, actionable development tasks.
    • Marketing & Sales Tech : Experience managing funnels, tracking systems, and generating reports for both Marketing and Sales teams.

    • Communication and Negotiation- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with vendors / platforms.
    • Education and Experience

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in a Marketing Operations (both Digital Marketing and Legacy Marketing), and / or Strategic Enablement role, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology environment.
    • A strong portfolio of past work demonstrating ability to manage complex data projects and create professional executive-level presentations is highly preferred.
