About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer-driven strategy across platforms, with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and brand amplification.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, is comfortable working with creators across tiers and regions, and can balance brand-building with measurable outcomes.

Experience or interest in scaling influencer marketing in international markets like Dubai and the wider GCC is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive YouTube influencer partnerships, including long-form content collaborations.
  • Build and expand the regional influencer charter to strengthen local brand presence in India and in the GCC.
  • Manage influencers as a performance channel with a focus on affiliates, ROAS-driven campaigns, and measurable impact.
  • Execute brand collaborations, co-created collections, and curated influencer shops.
  • Develop and run influencer-led IPs and seasonal properties that drive awareness and.

engagement.

  • Set up and manage PR engines, barter deals, and influencer giveaways.
  • Create scripting frameworks to ensure influencer collab assets are repurposable for ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, performance marketing, PR) to align influencer activities with larger business goals.
  • What Were Looking For :

  • 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with experience in both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong network and understanding of the influencer ecosystem across India & GCC.
  • Proven experience in negotiating, structuring, and scaling influencer partnerships.
  • Ability to think creatively while staying focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
