Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior to design effective training programs.
• Create and customize training content aligned with business objectives.
• Identify training needs of diverse teams including Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Loyalty Sales, and Pre-Sales.
• Design and deliver training programs for Channel Partners and Alternative Channel Partners associated with the brand.
• Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions to drive performance and capability building across teams.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business strategy.
