What you become a part of :
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving end-to-end marketing strategy, brand / product support programs and product positioning to contribute to the financial / business objectives of the organization for our Consumer Health division.
What to expect :
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for consumer health brands across target markets.
- Lead brand positioning and repositioning initiatives, identifying key product benefits, usage occasions, and competitive differentiation.
- Own the go-to-market and promotional strategy, including campaign planning, media mix, ATL / BTL initiatives, activation calendars, and budget alignment to commercial goals.
- Track and analyze brand performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, sharing actionable recommendations with leadership.
- Conceptualize and implement consumer engagement and awareness campaigns—digital, in-store, and community-level—to drive visibility and consumption.
- Review and optimize product pricing and packaging strategies to enhance shelf presence and market competitiveness.
- Identify innovation opportunities and product extensions based on consumer needs and white space analysis; contribute to building a future-ready brand pipeline.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Training teams to develop product education materials and sales enablement tools.
Essential qualifications, experience & skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA in Marketing is preferred.12-15 years of progressive experience in consumer health, FMCG, or wellness brands, ideally within a multi-country, matrix organization.Proven ability to build and grow consumer brands through insight-led, integrated marketing strategies.Strong experience in consumer research, brand health tracking, and campaign ROI analysis.A self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and can operate independently.Skilled at working cross-functionally and cross-culturally to align stakeholders and deliver results.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.Why Join Us ?
