Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate company delivering premium housing projects with trust and excellence. We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to handle client interactions and drive sales closures in the Thane region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Call prospective clients and encourage them to schedule site visits.
  • Conduct client meetings and property site visits to showcase projects.
  • Attend clients at project sites, present project details, resolve queries, and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, and sales conversions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer relations team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Thane real estate market is an advantage.
