About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented
Business Development Manager
who can drive
lead generation and sales
in the
Mobile App and Web Development
domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience dealing with
international clients
, managing the
end-to-end sales cycle
, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in
mobile app and website development services.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and collaborate with the technical team for proposals.
Handle
complete sales cycle
— from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets.
Requirements :
2+ years of proven experience in
IT service sales / mobile app / web development industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of international market trends (especially US, UK, Middle East).
Hands-on experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.
Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
