We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in driving business growth specifically in the US market . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals with US-based clients only .
This role is critical to our expansion strategy, and we expect the BDM to be the driving force behind establishing and growing our presence in the United States .
Requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities exclusively from the US market .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with US-based companies.
- Develop and execute US-focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Understand US client needs and provide tailored IT / Non-IT solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on US business development performance.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing US clients .
- 3–8 years of business development / sales experience in IT or Non-IT domains.
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics, business culture, and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (US client-facing).
- Established network of US business contacts preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and grow US revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
IT BDM : Background in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or technology staffing.Non-IT BDM : Background in staffing, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing services.Experience in offshore / outsourcing sales to US-based clients.MBA or equivalent degree in Sales / Marketing is a plus.Benefits
