Senior IT Services Sales Manager

About the Job

We're looking for a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior IT Services Sales Manager to join our global team.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by selling our custom software development and other IT services to a diverse portfolio of SME and enterprise clients.

If you have a proven track record of consistently exceeding a $3M annual sales quota in IT services, possess a deep understanding of the industry, and thrive in a collaborative global environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets, with a focus on generating over $3 million in annual revenue from the sale of custom software development and other IT services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, identify new business opportunities, and expand relationships within existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a dedicated focus on selling IT services.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently generating $3M+ in annual revenue from IT services sales, particularly in custom software development.
  • Deep understanding of the IT services industry, including current trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build strong rapport.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams across different cultures.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented, and client-centric approach to sales.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic global team environment
