In this role, you will lead software development initiatives, oversee end-to-end implementation, and ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key technical decisions to drive project success.Roles & ResponsibilitiesServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud.Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring high performance and accountability.Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to organization-wide strategic discussions.Collaborate with multiple teams to influence and contribute to key project decisions.Provide effective solutions to complex technical problems within and across teams.Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical capabilities of the team.Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge advancement.Professional & Technical SkillsMust-Have Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud .Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) .Solid understanding of software development methodologies .Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Agile project management practices .Additional InformationThis position is based at our Bengaluru office .Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce Service Cloud experience .A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
