As the Talent Management Lead this person will be responsible for the design, execution and governance of strategic Talent Management initiatives like Hi-potential identification, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Career Conversation, Competency Mapping and Capability Building to cultivate a high-performing and future-ready workforce for the organization.

Talent Strategy & Governance
- Design and implement a robust Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Succession Planning
Design, execute and govern well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.Competency & Capability Building
Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps through various psychometric assessments in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.Data-Driven Insights & Metrics
Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, talent trends, risks / opportunities for leadership decisions.Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.Leadership Development & Assessment
Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) like Assessment centres, structured learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring etc to strengthen leadership pipeline.Performance Management :
Design and implement performance management cycle that drives result orientation. Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.Coach line managers on effective performance feedbackAnalyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.Experience : 7-8 yearsQualification Background : MBA / PGPM (HR)Prior Experience / Background :
