Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through , networking, and client referrals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and position our software solutions to address business challenges.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Technical) to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Strong knowledge of software products, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Good to Have :

  • Previous experience in B2B or enterprise-level software sales.
  • Established client network within IT / software / consulting sectors.
  • Experience in handling large accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation solutions
