Key Responsibilities
Sales Management :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Build, train, and lead the sales team for optimal performance.
Identify and nurture leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, social media, referrals, partnerships).
Oversee counseling sessions and ensure conversion rates are maximized.
Maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, and partners to encourage referrals.
Marketing Management :
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
