Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our Tubes Division, with a strong focus on the ERW Tubes industry. This role demands strategic oversight of both domestic and international markets, and is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow sales & marketing operations for the Tubes Division across India and global markets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
