Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Planning :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and property consultants.

Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Guide clients through property options, legal documentation, and closing deals.

Lead Management :

Oversee lead generation activities through online campaigns, channel partners, and site visits.

Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and conversions into sales.

Reporting & Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and reports.

Present regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.

Project Coordination :

Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property representation.

Participate in site visits, expos, and promotional events.
