Responsible for developing and driving the short, medium and long term product marketing and sales strategy, including sales targets in conjunction with Head Ferro Alloys
Responsible for achieving the set revenue targets
Responsible for establishing market and competitor intelligence and leveraging it for business expansion, product pricing etc. in consultation with Head Ferro Alloys
Responsible for ensuring that the sales team is fully aware of current and expected technical specifications of the product
Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the sales & marketing budget in conjunction with Head Planning and Budgeting and ensuring regular upload of sales data on MIS
Responsible for regular information flow about customer order specifications to manufacturing to logistics divisions to provide them sufficient time to plan the production and material flow schedules respectively
Responsible for building long term relationships with customers
Responsible for expediting contracting process with customers by coordinating with central legal team (if necessary) and establish efficient scheduling, pre-shipment and post-shipment servicing systems
Responsible for identification of all keys risks involved with respect to customer contracts, in conjunction with central legal team
