Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance, motivation, and professional development.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain competitive Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and market data.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to travel as needed
