Role Overview :

As our Senior Sales Manager - AdTech Growth Catalyst, you'll be the face of HockeyCurve, building and nurturing relationships with media agency buyers, planners, group heads, and creative teams. Your deep understanding of the digital and ad-tech ecosystem will help you secure new briefs and onboard new clients by showcasing our platform's value. We're looking for a charismatic, ambitious individual with a passion for ad-tech innovation and a knack for winning hearts and minds.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with existing clients to secure new briefs, ensuring HockeyCurve's solutions meet their campaign needs.
  • Proactively identify and connect with new prospects at media agencies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe, Interpublic Group (IPG), and Dentsu.) and brands, pitching our creative automation and ad-serving capabilities.
  • Leverage your ad-tech expertise to articulate how HockeyCurve's platform outperforms competitors like Creatopy and Innovid (Flashtalking), Celtra, Smartly etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, sharing insights to strengthen client relationships and position HockeyCurve as a thought leader.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and a consultative sales approach.

Who You Are :

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a strong focus on programmatic media, social platforms, or creative automation.
  • Deep knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and creative optimization tools. Familiarity with competitors like Smartly, Creatopy and Innovid is a plus.
  • A natural relationship-builder with a magnetic personality, loved by clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ambitious and self-driven, with a hunger to expand HockeyCurve's footprint in the Indian market.
  • Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ad-tech concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately.
