Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Sales with 7 to 8 years of end-to-end sales management experience in the SaaS and Enterprise space. The ideal candidate will have a background in Automotive Telematics, Fleet Management, IoT, or Data Analytics solutions. This role is based in Mumbai and is pivotal for driving business growth by positioning our unique, dual ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and DMS (Driver Monitoring System) platforma combination of computer-vision hardware and an AI / ML-driven SaaS applicationto commercial fleet customers across various industry segments (small, medium, large, public sector).
Key Responsibilities
Market Positioning & Solution Selling :
- Achieve and exceed the company's topline and bottom-line goals by effectively promoting and positioning our ADAS / DMS / SaaS product offering to commercial fleet customers across diverse industry segments.
- Present the overall solution comprehensively to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the product's value in saving lives, ensuring safe movement of goods, and improving driver performance.
Full Sales Cycle Management :
Drive the entire customer engagement process from initial interactions and Proof of Concept (POC) stages through to successful contractual agreements.Provide guidance, training, and support to customers during initial interactions and the POC phase.Relationship Management & Loyalty :
Develop and maintain strong, long-term, sustainable, and symbiotic relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) during the sales qualification stages until the eventual handover to the Customer Success Management (CSM) teams during the onboarding phase.Solution Design & POC Coordination :
Liaison with the pre-sales team to collaboratively develop the most optimum solution tailored to the customer's specific pain points.Coordinate with the pre-sales team to successfully execute and ensure the success of POCs / Trials within agreed customer timelines, milestones, and ROI objectives envelope.Ensure appropriate and seamless transition to the CSM teams after the contractual agreement.Customer Adoption & Advocacy :
Support CSM teams by sharing market / industry intelligence and insights to help drive sustained product adoption and usage aligned with evolving customer goals.Support the CSM teams in conducting high-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs / QSRs) with customers whenever possible.Act as the customer's advocate internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives during the sales qualification steps.Industry Engagement & Intelligence :
Maintain deep knowledge of industry / market trends, competition, and evolving customer needs by attending relevant workshops and events.Coordinate with marketing teams on conducting events and workshops to generate further sales enquiries.Contribute to internal knowledge by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of customer success processes and the pre-sales 7 to 8 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end sales in the following solution spaces : Automotive Telematics, Fleet Management, IT-ITeS, IoT, Embedded Systems, SaaS, Software, Data Analytics, or ERP Solutions.Location : Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles, exceptional communication skills, and a strong history of achieving sales quotas.
Preferred Skills
Technical Acumen : Direct experience selling products involving Computer Vision, AI / ML algorithms, or Microservices architecture.
Fleet Management : Existing network and relationships within the Indian commercial fleet and logistics industry.
Enterprise Sales : Proven track record of selling to large, mid-sized, and public sector accounts.
