You will execute and drive the Sales Strategies in assigned territories. The focus market will be Datacenters & Hyperscalers accounts, NEMs & Labs in south India. This is a remote, work from home position to be based in Bangalore.Job Description :
- Responsible for the development and growth of EXFO business (Test & Measurement NDO & MDR portfolio, including RFTM), in South India Terriotry.Focus Market : Datacenters & Hyperescalers, NEMs & Labs in South India Market
- Lead, maintain and establish the relationship with channel partners and / or customers and key accounts.
- Executing Overall Region Sales and managing Partners / Channels.
- Executing Country Marketing Plans
- Manage and grow Sales Pipeline and ownership of all sales resources and databaseWhat we’re looking forTechnical skills
- Domain knowlege of Data Center, Hyperscalers Operations etc.
- Knowledge in Fiber Optic Testing, PON, MPLS / IPVPN / Ethernet Technologies, DWDM
- Some experience and familiarity with Remote Fiber Management SystemRequired aptitudes
- Experience in proposing telecommunications solutions to Telecom Service Provider
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities
- Demonstrated successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers in India & South Asia in a Sales Environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a growth plan whether individually or for a team & should have met Quota consistently over last 3 years or more.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Good understanding and knowledge of India & South Asia telecom trends and technology movements
- Strong planning and organizational skills is a must
- Demonstrated ability in managing complex sales process
- Familiarity with Sr Management staff of Tier1 Telecom Operators, Equipment Manufacturers, Webscale companies, System Integrators, Enterprise Network Operators etc.
- Possess winning attitude i.e. being Open Minded, Open Communications, Self Driven, Result Oriented and Team Player.Pertinent experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales development /
