We are now seeking a seasoned, visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our next phase of expansion. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience scaling SaaS or AI-driven products, a cross-functional leadership mindset, and a proven ability to architect and own growth trajectories across global markets.
This position will play a pivotal leadership role and offers an opportunity for meaningful equity participation for candidates who bring long-term commitment, strategic vision, and the ability to shape TheHireHub.AI into a category-defining global brand.
Role Overview : The ideal candidate is a well-established growth leader with a strong track record in AI, SaaS, HR-tech, or enterprise technology. You will oversee and integrate the full spectrum of growth functions—marketing, GTM, partnerships, revenue strategy, customer lifecycle, and brand leadership.
As CGO, you will directly influence business expansion, strategic direction, and long-term market positioning, working in close partnership with the CEO and product leadership team. This role blends the responsibilities of a CMO, CGO, and Chief Business Officer, and will evolve into a multi-department leadership structure as the company scales.
This role also includes a pathway for meaningful equity participation for candidates aligned with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Architect and lead the company's end-to-end growth strategy across brand, marketing, enterprise acquisition, partnerships, and global expansion.
- Develop scalable GTM frameworks aligned with the company's long-term vision and international growth roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated growth initiatives across product, sales, and customer success.
Revenue, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Establish and grow strategic partnerships with global HR-tech platforms, ATS providers, enterprise clients, and channel partners.Drive predictable pipeline generation, conversion, and multi-market revenue expansion.Collaborate with sales leadership to refine acquisition, retention, and expansion playbooks.Product Go-to-Market
Lead the GTM strategy for new AI-driven features and product lines.Conduct market intelligence and customer research to deepen product–market fit and inform product strategy.Ensure alignment between product innovation and commercial scalability.Marketing, Brand & Thought Leadership
Own and strengthen TheHireHub.AI's positioning as a category-defining AI-driven HR-tech product.Oversee strategic marketing, PR, brand development, content ecosystems, and digital demand-generation channels.Build a strong executive-level presence for the brand through industry representation, events, and external visibility.Team Leadership & Culture
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and marketing organisation.Foster a culture grounded in experimentation, data-led decision-making, agility, and accountability.Requirements :
10–15+ years of leadership experience in growth, marketing, business strategy, or GTM roles—ideally within AI-first SaaS, HR-tech, or enterprise tech environments.Demonstrated success scaling technology products from 0→1, 1→N, and beyond in competitive markets.Deep expertise in B2B SaaS growth engines, including enterprise GTM, demand generation, ecosystem partnerships, and strategic marketing.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and positioning skills—able to convey complex AI technologies with clarity and authority.Proven leadership in building and managing cross-functional teams at a senior level.Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate at high altitude while driving hands-on execution when needed.A long-term orientation, with interest in equity participation and contributing meaningfully to the company's future trajectory.What We Offer :
