About the Role :

At REA India (Housing.com) : - We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to Join our Leadership Team, to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a powerful brand for our high-growth B2B platform.

The ideal candidate will bring together strategic marketing expertise, a data-driven growth mindset, and sharp business acumen to drive scale, accelerate customer acquisition, enhance customer experience, build a compelling brand narrative, and maximize retention

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Strategy

• Define and execute the company's overall growth strategy across multiple channels, customer segments, and geographies
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell frameworks
• Drive data-led decision making , leveraging analytics and growth experimentation to accelerate business outcomes
• Identify and develop new revenue streams , partnerships, and strategic opportunities
