Job Description
- This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to build scalable growth engines and steer the business into its next phase of expansion.
- Growth, Strategy and Operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels
- Drive performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to optimize CAC and LTV
- Lead SEO, email, referral, and influencer programs to boost user acquisition and retention
- Build and manage growth dashboards to track key metrics and campaign ROI
- Run experiments to improve funnel conversions and uncover new growth levers
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams for integrated growth initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- 7-15 years of experience in growth marketing, or strategy roles
- Experience working in a high-growth start up or digital product company
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B / B2C digital-first businesses
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, performance channels, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot, or similar
- Ability to balance creative ideation with data-backed decision-making
- Experience in leading and scaling teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
