Chief Product Officer

As CPTO, you will lead the end-to-end product and technology strategy of the company. You will own the vision, roadmap, engineering architecture, and execution of our digital learning platforms, ensuring best-in-class performance, scalability, and impact across a massive B2C user base.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Growth Strategy :

• Own and define the product vision and roadmap aligned with business and learning outcomes.
• Deliver product-led growth (PLG) by optimizing user journeys from free to paid.
• Build and scale high-impact products like mock test platforms, gamified learning experiences, analytics dashboards, and video delivery systems.
• Drive user engagement, retention, and monetization through continuous experimentation and feedback loops.
