Role Description
We are seeking a visionary Head of Growth & Co-Founder to architect and lead our next phase of scale. This founding leadership position is ideal for an accomplished D2C growth leader with a proven record of scaling consumer brands—especially in the health, wellness, or natural products sectors—and a keen expertise in breaking into international (notably US) markets. The ideal candidate brings world-class credentials, a builder's mindset, and the maturity to guide high-performing, cross-functional teams in an entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership :
- Formulate and execute a holistic growth strategy encompassing customer acquisition, retention, channel expansion, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and operationalize models that ensure scalable and sustainable D2C growth, adapting strategies to international consumer segments and evolving market trends.
- US & International Market Expansion :
- Lead the entry, establishment, and rapid scaling of Folius Labs in the US and other strategic global markets.
- Oversee regulatory strategy and compliance for dietary supplements and wellness products in target regions.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key local players, influencers, and affiliates to establish rapid market traction.
- Performance Marketing & Brand Building :
- Drive full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging digital channels.
- Orchestrate omnichannel growth, ensuring seamless customer journeys across brand D2C platforms, marketplaces, and subscription models.
- Partner with creative and scientific teams to position Folius Labs as the trusted authority on natural wellness.
- Cross-Functional & Team Leadership :
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-impact growth team across marketing, analytics, community management, and partnership development.
- Own P&L responsibilities within the growth function and align cross-team initiatives to company objectives.
- Foster close collaboration with product innovation, manufacturing, and scientific communication leads.
Candidate Profile
Proven D2C Success :Demonstrated success in scaling D2C brands, ideally from launch to high revenue milestones, with depth in consumer lifecycle management and digital expansion.Global Playbook :Direct experience in launching, scaling, and operating consumer businesses in the US market, with sharp insight into local regulatory, commercial, and consumer behaviors.Pedigree & Expertise :MBA or equivalent from a top-tier US business school strongly preferred; quantitative and analytical rigor essential.Healthcare & Wellness Acumen :Expertise in nutraceuticals, supplements, healthcare, wellness, or natural products; hands-on exposure to global go-to-market strategies in these domains is highly advantageous.Leadership & Maturity :Track record of leading and managing large, multidisciplinary teams; strategic yet practical approach with capacity for high-stakes decision making.Entrepreneurial Spirit :Bold, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in builder environments with end-to-end ownership and accountability.Desired Competencies
