Our client is a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry. They are looking for a professional having experience in B2C industry (Pure- Play Online Company) and who will head their business.
Key Responsibilities :
1. P&L Ownership : Drive overall revenue and profitability across all business verticals including DTH, OTT, and value-added services.
2. Business Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for market expansion, customer acquisition, product monetization, and competitive positioning.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams to deliver on business goals.
4. Revenue Leadership : Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities across customer lifecycle – acquisition, retention, and upsell.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making : Use performance metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights to steer business decisions.
6. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with CXOs, Board, and external partners to drive high-impact outcomes.
Requirements :
1. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
2. B2C experience is a must in Online- exclusive business.
3. Exposure to subscription-based or platform aggregator businesses is a big plus.
