Price Range : ₹36–₹40 per kg
Usage : 50 tons / month (average per foundry)
Turnover : ₹150–200 Cr per annum
Manpower : 70 staff, 150–200 labourers per factory

Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Manager / Senior Manager – Technical Sales to handle our South India foundry market . The ideal candidate should have a metallurgy or foundry background , strong understanding of foundry processes, LCA products, and consumables , and proven experience in technical and field sales .
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and expand sales across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with foundries and industrial consumers .
Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trials at customer sites.
Identify new business opportunities and drive volume and revenue growth .
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion goals .
Handle a sales team and ensure training, motivation, and performance improvement.
Regularly travel across the region for customer visits and field work .
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and product performance .
Support the GM – South in planning and executing sales strategies .
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong technical knowledge in foundry processes or metallurgical applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
Hands-on experience in field sales / B2B industrial sales .
Proven ability to handle key accounts and large volumes .
Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
Ability to lead and mentor a sales team .
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications :
B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (preferred).
Candidates from foundry production, quality, or technical background willing to move into sales are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in the foundry or industrial consumable sector .
Work Mode :
Field-based role with frequent travel across South India.
