Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts
  • Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
  • Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
  • Monitor team&aposs performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team.
  • Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
  • Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent in communication and negotiation
  • Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years&apos of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
