Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department
- Maintain and develop existing accounts
- Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
- Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
- Monitor team&aposs performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Build an open-communication environment for your team.
- Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
- Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent in communication and negotiation
- Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.
