What We’re Looking For :
We’re after a detail-oriented and proactive Administration / Accounts professional to support our growing business. You’ll play a key role in financial management, office administration, and service coordination.
Must-Haves :
Proven experience with Xero (essential)
Experience using simPRO software (essential)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior admin and accounts experience
Your Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management :
Managing Xero (AP / AR)
Cash flow reporting and reconciliation
Payroll processing and HR support
End-of-year financial reporting
Insurance management
Admin Excellence :
Service coordination through simPRO
Customer support
General administration tasks
