Administration and Accounts Officer | South East Melbourne

Full-time position based in Dingley
Career Pathway to Credit Controller / Admin Management
$45-50k + Super

The Ideal Candidate (Qualifications, Skills & Experience) :

High level of administration & data entry skills and excellent attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical, Organised and High attention to detail

Proactive, willingness to listen, learn and improve processes

Customer service focused

Responsibilities include; but not limited to :

Collating, preparing and maintaining invoice, orders and credit applicatons

Account Reconciliation and allocation of payments

Credit Control

Reporting

Data entry and filing

General administration and ad-hoc support as required
