Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily / weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (inbound sales, outbound sales).Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.Skills Required
