Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential investors (HNIs, UHNIs, corporates etc) to introduce fixed income investment opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and briefly explain the product.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Relationship Management / Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details in the CRM system.
  • Assist in executing call campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Support the sales team with client coordination and basic documentation when needed.
  • Key Requirements :
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or investment products.
  • Basic understanding of bonds, debentures, and fixed income investments is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or relevant regional language).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven.
