Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
- Answer inbound calls to provide information, resolve queries, and assist with health insurance plan selection.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and offering suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy details, terms, and coverage options in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversion and renewals.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional health insurance products to customers.
- Assist customers with policy claims and provide necessary support during the claim process.
- Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their insurance plans.
