Job Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients via research, cold calling, and email outreach
- Secure delegate registrations for seminars, in-house, conferences, awards & sponsorship
- Handle sales operations, including invoice generation, follow-ups, and payment recovery
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate professionally through emails and calls
- Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM tools
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across industries
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and business opportunities
- Be digitally and socially active to support business outreach
