Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecall role located in Mumbai. The Telecall representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products and services, generating leads, and converting them into successful applications. The role also involves maintaining customer databases, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries or issues raised by clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telecommunication skills
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain financial products clearly and accurately
• Experience in maintaining and updating customer databases
• Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
