We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller for the Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a persuasive approach to handling customer inquiries, and the ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database.
- Lead Generation & Qualification : Generate leads and identify interested buyers or sellers. Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Client Follow-up : Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Coordination : Schedule site visits for potential clients and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Database Management : Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with all customer interactions.
- Target Achievement : Address customer queries and provide necessary information while consistently striving to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills .Experience in telecalling , preferably in real estate or sales.The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English .QUALIFICATION :
